Monthly packages are your most effective way of reaching your goals, combining both gym workouts and nutritional guidance.  Each package is to be used within a 4 week period.

Gym Programmes

One-off gym programmes are also available if you are more experienced in the gym, but still want structured workouts tailored to your own person goals.

Following your free consultation, during which I will assess your current training, a personalised programme will be developed for you, based on your training goals.

Whether you are new to the gym, or having been going for a while but aren’t seeing any changes, a targeted approach is just what you need to get focused and get results.

You have been training for a while but you aren’t seeing much of a difference in your body.

If any of these problems sound familiar, then a personalised nutrition plan could be what you need to really make those changes that you want to see in your body.  Good nutrition is not only good for maintaining a healthy body composition, it can also have a positive impact on your general health and mental wellbeing.

Following your free consultation, during which I will assess your current eating habits, a personalised nutrition plan will be developed for you, based on your goals and preferences (especially dislikes – no one likes getting force-fed something they don’t like!)
