I moved from Northern Ireland to Glasgow in 2006 for university and worked as an engineer for four years but it was during that time that I discovered my love of training…

After university I had fallen away from exercise and as a result put on quite a bit of weight. Two years or so of this and my body confidence and fitness were rock bottom and I decided it was time for a change. I joined a gym, hired a personal trainer and started to transform my body which lead to huge changes in my mind-set as well.

I loved how I felt so much that I decided I wanted to help others to feel the same, which is why I studied for my fitness qualifications and launched my business, Louise Cochrane Fitness.

Through my personal training expertise, I work with my clients to develop individualised training programmes and nutrition plans, based on their own personal goals. My guidance is practical and actionable, so with some hard work and focus, my clients can make everyday changes to their lifestyle and actually enjoy the process.
